Terms And Conditions

CANCELLATION
When a function is booked and there is no wet weather alternative or provision made, we require a non-refundable deposit payment of 60% of the function cost to defray our non-recoverable costs should the event be cancelled.

CONTACT TELEPHONE
It is essential that we have a contact person and telephone number that we can liaise with on the day in the event that there is an issue that needs urgent attention (access, keys, weather etc).

EATING TIME
It is vital that the confirmed eating time advised is adhered to as we have prepared and cooked your fare to be at its best for this time.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
Upon confirmation a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is payable.
Full settlement of the account is due five working days prior to function unless other payment arrangements have been made with the management your final account will reflect the confirmed guest numbers or the actual number catered for whichever is the greater.

Final numbers* will be confirmed five working days prior to your function as the catering and cutlery will be matched to the guest numbers confirmed by you. It is important that any addition to the guest numbers be advised prior to the event. *The confirmed final numbers may be increased to up to two days before the event, but may not be decreased.

PRICING
Our prices are based on a per head basis:
Children 14 years and under are half price Children Under 5 Complimentary.
All prices are inclusive of GST, crockery, cutlery, Buffet table, linen and staff*.
*The Delivery menus do not include the Buffet Table

Out of town travel will incur a travel fee to cover labour and vehicle expenses. Difficult access may incur an additional charge to reflect the set up time.

SEATING
While we provide the buffet tables and linen for most functions we do not supply guests table and chairs or linen. We can however put you on to a supplier. We can assist with the layout and set-up if required. Buffet tables and linen are not supplied for the Spit Roast Delivery Self Service menu.

STAFF
All Baxters staff will reflect a professional appearance (Uniform Silver shirt, black pants and Black shoes). Also when staff are serving food they will always wear food service gloves.

Our experienced staff will prepare, cook, and serve at the carvery or Barbeque and then clear all plates and cutlery from the tables once your guests have eaten
