In 1996 Baxters Catering moved into Spit Roast style of Catering. We have years of experience to ensure we bring you beautifully cooked meals. Experience the difference that only a spit roast can provide as it slowly cooks to perfection, prime cuts of beef, pork, ham and chicken. Our succulent spit roasted fare is carved at the buffet and served with vegetables, salads, sauces, mustards, gravy and a Bakers Basket of freshly baked rolls. Suitable for events of any size.
