COOKIES N CREAM CHEESECAKE:  A full cream cheesecake with Oreo biscuit chips folded through and resting on a chocolate biscuit base topped with broken Oreo biscuits.
WHITE CHOC RASP CHEESECAKE: real raspberry folded into the rich white chocolate cheesecake and decorated with a raspberry coulis swirl sitting on  a vanilla base.
